bob hilton can you please help

I would first like to let you know this happened in 2001-2002 so there are no legalaties involved just a lot of unanswered questions. I would like you to read my entry on 3-30 and i would like an opinion on the severity or not of the findings also i would like to add that the neurosurgeon said that when he did surgery the injury was consistant with the mri findings. When I mention the heart attack chest pains that were diagnosed anxiety I didnt have enough lines to add that they only happened after I would move my head the wrong way or lift my arms to high or laugh, sometimes I would sneeze or cough and it would happen. I am overweight but im very active and on days that the burning pain is severe I still make myself get up and do all the things I need to because it does kinda take away from it. My problem is the neurosurgeon told my doctor im fine he did my surgery I shouldnt be having any more problems because it was a success. I am a single mom and I dont have good insurance so I dont know what kind of dr. can help me or will be willing to help based on my ins. I still have the curling of my hand, burning patches that come and go but the worst and most consistant place is on my left hand and part of my forearm. the hot water pouring sensation is all over my body upper back and my legs are the worst. I have so much pressure in my legs and they always feel bruised. If I had a dollar for all the times I have run into things and fallen I could be very rich. I have to keep training pads on the floor next to my bed bacause when I wake up I have to slide off and stand there because the pain in my rt leg is so much that I cant walk for a few mins. that is all i can think of if you could please give me an opinion.

Hi,
I read your prev post as well about the car accident!! and this one, but I have some difficulty understanding the entire issues..but its seems a major one is Drop attacks?
If that is the case, I do not see a place for a bipolar here sinc you do have an MRI showing a cervical  cord compression and it does not sound
1-a vascular (though you mentioned a heart issue?..if that is the case then you should ask for MRA of the Vertebral- Basilar arteries)
2- Or an inner ear issue because you don't have the symptomes to point at that 3- its very unlikely to be hydrocephalus and intraventricular cause (the cavity in the every brain)
4- or a posterior fossa (the skull is divided into 3 parts anterior, middle, and posterior fossa) lesions

For 3 and 4 you need a head MRI

5- then there is "Cryptogenic drop attacks"  which mainly affect women but its a diagnosis of exclusion, meaning all the other cause should be ruled out first .
