Herniated Disc L4-L5 and L5-S1, burning feet

I got a herniated disc with a sneeze in L4-L5 and L5-S1 9 months back. I went for 1 month of Physical Therapy and i felt ok but not fit....Neurosurgeons told that i need surgeory. But i read a lot on the internet after doctors recommended for surgeory and decided not to go for it because i am able to go to my work(Software Engineer) and sit at work. AS time progressed now from past 3 months i am having burning feet and now adays a bit more and that to mostly in the afternoon sessions. Once i go home after 1 or 2 hours this burning feet sensation is gone. I saw an another doctor 1 week back and he suggested for Physical Therapy as the strength in my legs is good. I do not know when i will get back to normal. I am just 29 yrs old and it is very stressful.
Will there be any problem on the digestive system with this. I am getting hard stools in the starting and this is causing some bleeding and i am applying anusol cream. If i eat spicy food and food with tangerine then hard stools are more. If i eat a burger or somethng with no spice in it then stools are better. When i spoke to Neuro sugeon he said there is no connection between them. I live in Cleveland Ohio and  this is a sick place, last year i moved here because of my job and after my back problem cold congestion in the nose and in the throat never went away...i visited Allergy specialist and took almost 8 or 9 different prescription medicine and all these medicines are making me worst because of lot of drowsiness and fatigue. Now from past 2 weeks i am getting acne on my face...i used to have a very smooth face with no acne problems at all in my life so far. I think there is some more and  But all the health complications started after this disc herniation 9 months back.
