extream head face pain blurred vision

Hi I am a 25 year old male about 2 1/2 months ago i woke up with a pain behind my left eye witch did not go away and got worse it devloped in to a pressure sensation on the left side of my face and traveled to the side of my  head along with this my pupil on the left side was smaller then the one on the right i also feel as if im out of it kinda in a fog not as sharp or alert as i use to be my vision is a little blurred and my left hand and foot feel weak at times the pain is so bad that it has taken over my life i cant lay on the left side of my face because I will wake up in horrible pain and after the pain goes away my face feels sore like i was hit with somthing. My eyelid feels heavy on the left side when i wake up in the morning some days i have no pain just a weird sensation over my face other days the pain is so intense i end up stuck in bed my blood pressure hase gone up as well and the doctors have me on beta blockers to control it. I have had a ct of the brain witch is negitave and a mri/mra of the brain both negitave ct of the sinuses witch showed a small cyst but nonthing that would cause these symptoms according to the my ear on the left side feel full and is always popping but a test showed no fluid. Aynone with any helpfull info please help im at the end of my rope.

I ssume you've had a complete eye exam by an ophthamologist?  If not, get one.  Has anyone considered Trigeminal Neuralgia? This is just a guess as I am not a neurologist.

See if the description of TN or of atypical trigeminal neuralgia fits what you are going through.  If so you could contact the association to find neurologists knowledgeable in it.

I reread your post and TN doesn't fit with the extremity weakness.  Have they done imaging (MRI with and without contrast) of your cervical spine? Severe ongoing pain will certainly cause an increase in BP and you are likely having very poor sleep from the pain.  All of this will cause severe fatigue and mental fog.

Have you seen a neurologist?
