Possible Silent Migraine? Strange symptoms ..

Hi,
I am stumped. Since the age of 17 (I am 26), I have experience strange and weird symptoms that scare the living daylights out of me. During the onset of puberty I experience approx 4 very severe hemiplegic migraine's. My mum has suffered from them frequently.

To date, I experience symptoms that I have been told is Dissociative Disorder (Derealization). I will yawn and fidget a lot, the corners of my eyes feel strange, everything looks fake or unreal. I feel 'small' (physically), I become very scared, feel very tired, my skin feels dirty or grimy, along with a similar taste in my mouth. Sometimes I can feel a inner heat rising from my feet, basically I feel as though I am in another consciousness. Words don

Hi Carol,

Thank you very much for reply. I have read through those links, it doesn't quite mesh with me. I really do feel that this is TLE or some sort of varient migraine, I just dont know how to prove it!
