Disoriented & Can't tell Where I am at. I am 26 and it's getting worst

Hey there,

I will be honest to say that I am not 100% sure If I am posting this ? in the right topic area...

I am 26 yrs old and I've come to notice that sometimes I'll be driving and forget where I am at or get disoriented.

This also happens while shopping, walking down the street, etc.

The reason why I'm posting this is because at first I thought it was ok. You know...you forget things here and there.  But then I started noticing that It was happen more often and that I would take me more time than normal to get my thoughts together so I could figure out where I was...
I read a similar case but the lady happen to be in her late 40's.
As I said...I'll be in a store shopping when suddenly I find my self asking where I am(have tried not to freak out/will just stand there and forced myself to think)...I have to look around and think, think, think so I can come to the conclusion of where I am.

I am afraid that one of this days it's going to take me more than just a "minute" to figure out where I am at...

Does anyone have any answers, etc.

Thanks!

Thanks a lot...I'll check it out!!!

I can't never tell right from left unless I get to lift one of my arms.  Then again, I'll have to make a movement first and take a few seconds to realize which is which....

Is this normal?
