Twitching muscles

Good Afternoon,

I faced such a problem:from time to time I feel my muscles twitching and the location is always different (sometimes somewhere in the leg, in the hand, neck or face muscles twitch). I felt that discomfort before almost two months, my sleep is sometimes disturbed by strong muscles twitching. This condition makes me feel fear. What can be the causes of this phenomenon? Should I go to the doctor or it's possible to hope everything's will be ok?I am a student and I study at the faculty of Chemistry, I carry out lots of laboratoty works with various substances.

Thank you

Check into benign fasiculation syndrome.  I've been twitching for 5 years now.  Good luck.

Please go to the mirror and check your mouth.  If it is full of silver fillings or have even one filling please look at this website.  This is only for information purposes if you have silver fillings

also goolge "safe removal of silver fillings" and "detoxing from dental amalgams"

I also forgot to ask you whether you work with mercury in the lab.
As you may know mercury is highly toxic and any exposure may lead to health complications. If you have only been exposed to mercury in the lab, a clay bath will help with detoxification.  Check Amazon.com and search for "mercury detox" if this is the case.

Cheers

I have had twitching going on for 9 months or so now. I don't know what it is, but I have a visit scheduled to a neurologist right now. I am pretty worried and obviously hoping for the best (I am hoping they tell me i have nothing serious and I am a hyperchondriac!). I cannot tell you much, but I have some similar issues but have had them longer.  Good luck buddy.
