body vibrations

I've been getting vibrations through my body.  They almost feel like electrical surges. Its mostly in my head.  They don't hurt, but are very bothersome, and they are very frequent. I'm not on any medications, lab results are perfect, and I have no family hx of illnesses. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.  I feel healthy otherwise, but don't understand where these are coming from.  When I walk they run through my entire body, and for a split second, I feel like I could black out, but then it immediatley goes away.  These vibrations are happening several times a minute, and are very irritating!
