This forum is for questions and support regarding ovarian cancer issues, such as: Biopsy, Chemotherapy, Clinical Trials, Genetics, Hysterectomy,Immunotherapy, Ovarian Cancer Types, Radiation Therapy, Risk Factors, Screening, Staging, Surgery.

The reason I had another Ultra sound is because we were following a possible dermoid which turned out to be small 2cm cyst just prior to the Ablation and then the doctor wanted to follow up again 2 months. The ovaries are normal now.
All the biopsies of the uterine lining from the D&C and polyp were all normal prio to surgery and then from the surgery itself.
One doctor told me that 5MM was within normal limits, but I thought 1 or 2 mm would be more realistic.
I can't find any info on the thickness of the endormetrial stripe after ablation either. Would really like to find out.
Thank you very much.
