It's hard to give up sugar at first, but it really is poison to our systems, and once you've been off it for awhile, you won't want to eat it again! Beware, though: you will probably have INTENSE sugar cravings. Ignore them. Tell yourself: "What's more important--having this sugar-filled thing or not having any more ovarian cysts?" And as far as hormones in food are concerned, just make sure you're drinking organic milk (and eating organic dairy products) and the meat you buy is hormone- and antibiotic-free. You will notice a HUGE difference in a month or two!! If you can afford it, eat as much organic food as possible--especially fruits and veggies. There are other things--supplements, teas, various herbs--that can help, too, but I'd have to write an awful lot!! If you'd like any more info, email me at ***@**** , I'd love to hear from you!!
