Bloated again...still in treatment

I have noticed over the past week or two and two days in particular that my abdomen is showing the signs of bloat again...it's nice and round, the pregnant look. Since I have IBS my first thought was it's the bowels, but then I remember that I now also have cancer and that my first concern should be in that direction. During surgery (11/23) they drained 1.5 l of ascites. Could it be that it is building up again? Has anyone had that before? Isn't that a bad sign? I am a bit in panic mode right now.

Had 4 carbo/taxol treatments and my CA 125 has steadily dropped to 14.

Sometimes if a thread is older a new post can get missed since this site doesn't "bump" threads with replies to the top. You might want to start a new thread so the gals here can help you. I am sorry to not be of help.

Yes, I feel bloated. Actually, I feel normal...which is bloated. I don't know it any other way! It's just I was so nice and flat after surgery and now start to bulge again, and it seems to come from within, not from the bumps around the incision. But then again, I have gained 12 pounds since the surgery so things will natually feel different. Will talk to my onc in 2 weeks and will let you know what he says. There's just not much info online about ascites and ovarian cancer.
