Family History question

My family has a history of breast and other cancers.  All of these are homorne sensative and cannot be treated with HRT because of risk of worsening the condition.  I took Lupron for 6 months.  Since this drug tells your brain that you are in medopause, could it have started something that wouldn't have happened until later in my life?  I have recently seen a GI specialist (on request from my gyno) and he told me that it's "all in my head" and that I have a nerve problem.  Yeah!  Just sit in a bath and think good thoughts and all the pain, vomiting and bloating will vanish.  Sorry about the rant, just frustrated by the "wait and see" thing.

Don't accept this "all in your head" nonsense you know your body and what feels right and wrong, My mum was put of like this for a year before being diagnosed.  Demand a second opinion and do not let up until you have found out what the problem is, keep asking questions to get the answers you want because if you dont ask they sure as hell dont tell you. Good Luck

Find a new doctor! One with an ounce of compassion. Don't let anyone tell you it is in your head.
