pregnant woman with ovarian cyst

I am 24 yrs old and I was diagnosed having a cyst in my right ovary during my doppler scan in the 33rd week of my pregnancy. The cyst is 13 x 8.7 x 11 cm(approx). I had experienced lower abdominal pain.The CA125 blood test was conducted and the result was 88. No other tests were done.
Am I in danger of ovarian cancer and will this effect my delivery or the baby?
