Hey there!  Anything that messes with your ovaries can cause disruptions in your cycle!  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Godspeed

Hi Timok, Glad your GB surgery is over, please remember to take it easy for a while especially with diet, your bile duct needs to take over the GB job so go easy on the fats for a while.
Personally, I think you need to see your gyne again, the cysts could be causing the ovary to be swollen and this in turn could mess with your cycle, but also remember you've just had surgery so this messes the whole body up and can take up to six months to get over so please take it easy.

Please follow your surgeons advice and see your gyn.  Cysts can cause all sorts of problems.  Congratulations on the successful gallbladder srugery.  Take it easy, rest, and let your body heal.  My prayers are with you.  Kasie
