I just posted two comments under "Lupron for Endometriosis" for you. As of a few minutes ago, the posts had not shown up on the thread, but they will show up.
I still have to answer your "rolling" question. I would wait on that until totoally healed. Mention this to your doctor to see when you can start. Oh, and they use this technique for many people....especially the elderly. My teacher used to say the we "glue" together as we get older and this is one of the reasons many people use this technique on various parts of the body. It does break up adhesions...thank goodness.
