bilateral ovarian cyst 6 cm

i am 33 yrs old married woman.6 years back i under went laproscopic surgery for the removal of choclate ovarian cyst in both the ovaries with the cyst on left ovary being 7.5 cm.it was non-malignant cyst.on 12.6.06 during the medical test for recruitment to a company i was diagnoised with a left ovarian bilateral cyst of 6 cm.i am very much worried after coming to know about it.
will i be rejected from the employment because of the cyst.as i have already undergone surgery once ,is it possible for the cyst to appear again and again.should i undergo another surgery to remove it or is it possible to remove it through medication.
one more thing is that i concieved three times after the laproscopic surgery.but i lost my first baby during delivery.all the three are c-sections.and one more thing is i used to under go c-section when i am 8 months pregnant due to some false pain.
can this cyst be cancerous.please guide me as what i have to do.pleas tell me what are the symptoms once these cysts are diagnoised as i am having severe back pain.
thank you

sir thank you for the reply.
the company that was conducting the medical test has made me provisionally fit and given me aa months time to undergo surgery and come back to them.mean while i have taken second opinion from two doctors.both have asked me to undergo surgery.
i have undergone TVS test and CA-125.CA-125 is normal.my left ovary has a bilateral cyst which is too big and it has pushed the uterus to the right.as i have already undergone a laproscopic surgery for the ovarian cyst 6 years ago, what surgery you prefer me to undergo now.
is it required for the doctors to remove my left ovary completely?(the doctors are telling that).will this removal of left ovary create any harmonal imbalance in me.for your kind information there are some cystic areas in right ovary also.as i am only 33 yrs old will the removal of ovary effect me in my personal and professional (i am an E&C Engineer)life.plz guide me .i am fully confused as to what to do next.after knowing of my cyst i have even lost my weight and there is no appetite also.
thank you.

Welcome to the site.  Well, first of all 99% of ovarian cysts are benign, but that doesn't mean that you can ignore them.  I am glad that you are getting medical attention.  I think that it would be a good idea to get a 2nd opinion from a gyn/onc as they are specialists.  As for employment, your cysts do not hamper what you do (do they?).  Perhaps this is just for insurance info??  I am not too sure, but I know that there are some ladies on this site that are very famliar with law and could probably help you more.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Godspeed
