CYTOLGY RESULT OF BIOPSY FROM OVARIAN CYSTS

Hi i am 23 years old and have a cyst removed from my ovary 6 months ago. The result of the biopsy said the cysts contained cytological atypia. i had a tumor marker test which came back normal. 3 months ago the cyst came back and a further biopsy has confirmed that this one also contains cytological atypia cells. I having it removed by laparotomy in a few weeks. Do these cytological atypia cells mean that this is the early stage of ovarian cancer?

MY DAUGHTER IS 20YRS OLS AND HAS HAD 2 CHILDREN AGES 4 AND 11MOS. WHEN THE BAY WAS BORN AT 5LB.9 OZ. THERE WAS ALSO A 6LB CYST IN WITH THE BABY. SHE WENT TO WALTER REED HOSPITAL IN JULY AND THEY SAID THE TUMOR/CYST SHOWED A LOW MALIGNENCY AND ONCE SHE MOVED TO FLORIDA IN SEPTEMBER TO SEE ANOTHER ONCOLOGIST. 3 MOS LATER, SHE IS IN PAIN AGAIN. SEE'S THE DOCTOR AND THEN TODAY SHE HAD AN OOPHERECTOMY. THE RT OVARY WAS ENLARGED AND WAS BIOPSIED TODAY.THEY ALSO TOOK 3 SAMPLES OF TISSUE FROM OTHER PARTS AND THE RESULTS WLL BE IN IN 1 WEEK. I AM SO IN THE DARK. WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I BE ASKING? MY DAUGHTER IS YOUNG AND DOES NOT ALWAYS KNOW WHAT TO ASK. WHY CAUSED THE PAIN SHE WAS IN? WHat CAUSED THE SWELLING IN HER BELLY? IS AN OOPHER. JUST THE BEGINNING TO RULE OUT OVARIAN CANCER? CAN THE FORTH COMING TEST RESULTS BE BAD NEWS? PLS DIRECT ME.
