what to do?

It may be, I don't know, but though I hate to self diagnose myself, I worry about the dull ache in my right quadrant which radiates to my lower back & waist, and send sharp-like needles down my leg.  I feel dizzy and extremely bloated.  I look like I'm 8 months pregnant and I can't get into my pants.

Two days ago, I got a thick (almost skin-like) brownish/blackish discharge.  It's not steady but when I go to the bathroom, I find it on the tissue (sorry for my details).  I've felt dizzy and extremely lightless since then.  I have a doctor appoint. in four days, but I don't know if I should wait til then, or head down to the hospital.  This morning, the dizziness kept me in bed and I can't seem to move too much without getting exhausted.  What to do?

I think that you should get to a dr ASAP.  You could have had a cyst rupture, or worse you could have torsion.  You need medical attention.  Please do not ignore your symptoms.  Go to a gyn/onc as they are specialists.  Although 99% of ovarian cysts, tumors and masses are benign, you would be wise to seek medical attention.  Please do not hesitate.

Thank you.  I will do that.  The only thing that has kept me from going this morning is the fact that the pain is dull, not sharp, but I am extremely uncomfortable with the bloating and dizziness; and yes, the discharge is worrisome.   I'll keep you posted of the outcome.
