Complex Cystic Adnexa

I just had an ultrasound in which it was found that I have a

Hi there, I had a pelvic and transvaginal u/s and they found complex masses on both of my ovaries. The have solid and cystic components. From what I have read cystic lesions have a far greater chance of being benign. My cysts/masses were definitely more suspicious but I have just had the CA125 test to check for malignancy. My level was 9 which is perfect. It sounds to me like you have little to worry about but it is still always a good idea to have these things checked. Good luck, keep us posted and I will be thinking of you. Just remember that cystic is usually a very good sign.
