indigestion?

Hi and sorry to bother you, but I just wanted to know if the Ovarian cancer symptoms of indigestion, bloating and gas problems is something that will come and go during the day? Or are these symptoms persistant throughout the whole day for a few weeks?
Thanks, your help is greatly apprecaited, because I don't want to mix it up with menopause symptoms, and it worries me alot.
