I'm 43 and had several prostate infections, my PSA was 4.26 and my Biospy came back good. I now take Rapflow everyday. Not a fan of it so Dr recommended the Greenlight Laser surgery. Asking for advice?

Is the Cowper's Gland always removed during a radical prostatectomy if, prior to the procedure, no spreading outside of the prostate gland was detected? This discussion is related to ejaculation after radical prostatectomy.
