any info. on urethritis?

im a 20 yr. old male and i think i could have urethritis. up until recently, ive never had any problems urinating or ejaculating. but i developed symptoms similar to prostatitis within the past 2 months, and was diagnosed with it. i took doxy. 100mg antibiotic and according to a local dr. who performed a digital rectal exam and urine test, i was clear. but its been 3 weeks and the frequent urination just came back. never any discharge or sores, just a frequent urge to void and sort of a discomfort when i climax thats limited to the opening of my urethra. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am not qualified to give advice on this subject- go to Dr Hunter Hansfields page or one of the other doctors who practices sexual medicine. My specialty is relationships and sexuality.
