How long should sinusitis pain last, on anitbiotics

I have been on levaquin for the past 3 days and I have had no relief from this pain. When I call my dr, they say we're referring you to an ENT, but is it still supposed to hurt this bad? And shouldn't the dr at least prescribe something for pain??

Sinus infections do not usually cause pain that require pain relief medicine. Therefore, referral to an ENT is very appropriate. This specialist can determine the reason for such pain and make sure there is no other cause than sinusitis.

I have the same problem, I just started a nasal spray today... But the side effects are terrible. Head throbbing, Dizzy spells, Headaches, Blurry Vision, Nasuea.

I'd say give it a week to work, that's wut my doctor said.
