No Nasal Mucous/Nose burns when trying to use AYR saline gel

I have no nasal mucous in my nose at all. I have extreme fatigue. I also have atypical trigeminal neuralgia and cranial nerve VI bilateral partial palsy. I also have decreased hearing in left ear, pain in same ear, fullness, decreased balance. I am experiencing weakness on the left side of my body and face. I have carprel tunnel syndrome, and mile peroneal neuropathy. Two of my toes are now hammer toes. I have clonus of the left foot and spasticity and weakness on both side of my body. My anticardiolipen levels are elevated, my lumbar puncture IGG extremely low, ANA 1:80 speckled pattern, elevated ALkaline Phosphatate, Elevated Albumin. My MRI of the brain shows lesions on LEFT side mostly, but they cannot determine if they are ishemic or not or if they are demyelinating or not. No one can seem to tell me what is happening to my body. I have been to numerous doctors--they are looking for MS, Lupus, Sjogren's, Vasculits, and I am not sure what else.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? In April 2003, I was driving and experience sudden weakness in both legs and left arm. Within 4 weeks I was in a wheelchair but now am amulatory with a KAFO on left leg. I have had a cerebral angiogram (Left side of head burned more than right) to rule out small vessel vasculits, a nuclear stress test and echochardiogram for heart problems. During the latter I experienced severe pain behind left eye, pain under left ribs and pain in lower right quadrant of abdomen. The heart doctor said my heart is fine. Any ideas what could have caused these symptoms? ANY IDEAS ABOUT ANY OF THIS? THANKS

What you have described suggests some type of neurological problem. Please post your question with the Neurology Forum at http://www.MedHelp.org. The neurologists at the Cleveland Clinic answer these questions. They have more experience with neurological problems.
