I was exposed through the air conditioner at work with paint fumes. I fell to the floor choking with my chest feeling like it was caving in unable to breath. I was diagnosed the following day with pneumonia. The chemical in the paint were Ethel Benzene,Napatha,Toluene,Isobutyl Ester,P M Acetate, Xylene,Aliphatic Polyisocyanate, N-Butyl Acetate. I now have been diagnosed with Dysnea. I am on O2 all the time. Can you advise at to what these chemicals do to damage the lungs. Also I have developed about 4 months later a liver and pancreas mass

It is clear that this has been a very traumatic time for you. It is impossible to know what has happened to you, in terms of your lungs, liver and pancreas without a lot of further tests and information. Because of the complexity of this, I would suggest you see a local physician who specializes in Occupational Medicine and/or a Pulmonologist who can help sort out the problems and the causes of these problems you are facing.
