a long history of symptoms

by Denden, Sep 13, 2002 12:00AM
Good day, let me jump right into it...

About 7-8 months ago, all of a sudden at work I got a lump in the throat, at first it was as if a fish a bone was stuck but eventually moved to the back of my throat, I saw a doctor who did a swab and sent me to a throat spec. and suspected GRED, al the tests didn't show anything. I was given Nexium, no avail. About a week later I went back and complained about stomach problems on top of the throat problems. Symptoms were lots of gas, always feeling hungry and the occasional green stool. I was given a medicine for IBS and that seemed to help a bit, but did not make me better. after another few weeks my stomach problems went away but I still have discomfort in my throat. Now recently(the last week) I have a new problem... I have mild tighness in my chest and my breathing has become more rapid, I find that I yawn sometimes to increase the amount of air I take in. The condition may be getting better but I can't tell for sure, and yes I still have the throat problem.

Both the throat and the breathing are worse when I am tierd.

Also about a year and a half ago I had Viral Meningitis. I always have congested sinuses and do NOT have a cough.

Do you have any idea what I may have?

There may be a variety of explanations for your symptoms, including anxiety.  The first step is to have a doctor evaluate your throat, the initial and persisting site of your symptoms.  This should include direct observation of the throat and the use of imaging (X-ray) techniques to visualize the throat.  If not already performed, you should also have a chest X-ray.

This doesn`t actually answer your question BUT

my husband (lungs especially)and I (various) were

having problems for which there seemed nothing

doctors did helped enough to overcome.

He got a book from the library called

Hydrogen Peroxide Medical Miracle by

William Campbell Douglass, Md.

He is going to a chelation doctor twice each week

at the cost of $100.00 per trip.

We hesitated to spend the money but soon learned that

it is worth every dollar spent.

I am doing the peroxide at home...been on it for two

weeks and can tell the difference already.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED in learning more you may write.

If you are even considering any naturopathic remedies (such as peroxide and/or chelaton therapy or similar), please read the article below, which explains their dangers from a medical perspective.

Aloha,

Starion
