redness, wrinkles, spots on head of penis

First off, I am a 23 year old male. A little over a year ago I was engaging in unprotected sex with a woman. Over a span of 3 or 4 months I had unprotected sex with this same woman probably 7 or 8 times. Then over the course of a few days I noticed that I had to urinate a lot and it burned to urinate. Also I was having pains in my testicles. So I got tested at an STD clinic and was diagnosed with Non Gonococcal Urethritis. They treated me with Zithromax (azithromycin). Over the next couple of weeks following that, there was a lot of improvement, however there was still occasional burning/tingling during and after urination. I also began to notice couple of spots on the head of my penis. I went back to the clinic and was tested again and the tests came back negative, and the nurse said that the spots on the penis looked normal and there was nothing to be worried about. I was never tested for herpes or warts.

Weeks and months passed, and the head of my penis began to have wrinkles on it, as well as several red dots/spots all over it. There are also a few spots on the head in particular that are not really red, but just more like a darker flesh color. The weird thing is that sometimes the redness, wrinkles, and spots are very visable and sometimes they are not as visible. Also, when I am erect some of the spots are raised a tiny bit. When I masterbate without any lubrication, the skin on the head becomes very dry. Also there is a like a red line on the top side of the head of my penis, from the urethra to about the end of the head. This is also at times very visable and at times not as much.  I play baseball and wear a jock and protectvive cup when I play.  After a game the redness and spots are more prevelent for at least a day or 2 after.

I am circumcized. Also a couple of times i have seen a tiny bit of clear fluid come out of my penis. I'm pretty they were in the morning after waking up.

Today I noticed a very red spot at the hole of my penis, almost but not quite inside. It almost looks like a very small cut, but it doesnt hurt at all.

i should also mention that throughout this time I have noticed that the hair on my testicles isnt growing as fast as before all of this, and there is occasional discomfort in the testicles. Also sometimes when I drink alcohol and i urinate there is a tingling feeling going through my urethra sometime after.

I planned on seeing a doctor soon, but I dont know what type of doctor to see. Do you have any idea what all of this could be? I was never tested for herpes or hpv, could it be either of them? Could it be a yeast infection, something else or nothing? Thank you for reading this and I appreciate all of the help you can give me.

Your message implies that you understand I cannot come up with a clear diagnosis, and that you probably understand you don't have an STD.  The original diagnosis of NGU probably was accurate, but I doubt it continues.  Very scant, completely clear fluid probably is normal.  A painless red spot at the penile opening might be Tyson's gland, i.e. normal anatomy (should be located the lower edge of the meatus, ie penile opening).  The other skin changes (wrinkled skin of the glans, etc) also sound like variations on normal anatomy.  It doesn't sound like herpes, HPV, or yeast.  I doubt the rate of scrotal hair growth has changed; my understanding is that hair growth on all parts of the body is more or less set in stone and doesn't vary at all with any disease or health status, apart from direct skin injury (e.g., a burn).

My guess is that nothing abnormal is going on at all.  Probably the best kind of provider to make that judgment, especially about the skin changes, is a dermatologist.  In any case, you can be confident you don't have anything that will ever pose a health threat of importance to you or your future sex partner(s).  But do not rely on me or any online source for definitive judgment; see a healthcare provider.

I am having a slitght sore throat. I feel like my neck hurts. With the sore neck it feels like I have draining going dowm my throat. Is this a sign of HIV symptoms. I had unprotected sex on 5-26. I had a hiv test done on 6-28 which came back negative. Do you think I should get retested? Your thought would be helpfull.
