Milky Discharge after Bowel Movement

I know a similar question has been asked before, but in that case the person indicated there was a clear discharge from the penis after a bowel movement, whereas in my case I have noticed a milky, sticky substance coming out of my penis after a bowel movement about once every week or so. I only notice this penile discharge after a bowel movement, never with just urination or other times.
I am fairly active sexually but always use a condom for vaginal intercourse. Recently I had a condom failure with a woman whose sexual history I am unsure of, but recognized the breakage soon after it happened and replaced with a new condom. I get tested for most STDs about once every 6 months, and the most recent test about 4 months ago showed a clean bill of health.
Is this penile discharge something to be concerned about, or is this something that just happens with the prostate as I get older (I am 32 years old)? I forgot to mention that I had an annual checkup with my physician about 3 months ago and a prostate exam was performed and came back normal.

Men with this symptoms usually are just internally massaging the prostate gland and/or seminal vesicles with the straining at stool and/or the pressure of feces against the prostate gland as it is expelled. Normal prostate gland secretions can be cloudy/white, or if the material is from the seminal vesicles, it may be semen. This symptom normally normally isn't a sign of any STD, especially in the absence of spontaneous urethral discharge, urinary discomfort, etc.

I've been tested for STDs and had none. Currently, I'm not sexyually active, and have not been for over 10 months. Off and on, I'll have the symptons. Sitting here, I felt this pulsing, and some discomfort.
I'm on a somewhat high protien diet. Other than that, there's no other reason. Sometimes, after an orgasm (whether self-induced or otherwise), the symptoms will occur.
