People with genital warts do not generally have oral HPV infection, so that exposure did not risk transmission of HPV to you. Warts normally are not "pimple like", but depending on what you mean by those words, perhaps you have penile warts. (If so, you didn't catch them from the oral sex event you describe.) Or perhaps molluscum contagiosum, another (minor) STD. Or something entirely different. The bottom line is that you need to see a health care provider for diagnosis and recommended treatment. Do not try to figure it out on line. If you don't have a regular doctor, visit your local health department STD clinic for low cost (probably free) and expert care.
