Sore / Ulcer on Lip Herpes ?

Dr thank you for the service again. I am a hypochondriac by nature and recently had a sexual encounter with an ex girlfriend about 3 weeks ago. We had protected intercourse as well as I performed unprotected oral sex on her. During oral sex my eyes were wandering and I look at every little bump and hair I noticed a small white spot i thought was a lesion on her labia. (could have been seeing things)While fingering her i noticed her lubrication felt thick and i noticed some white discharge on my fingers. Im assuming that might of been what i saw when i was giving her oral sex. I aksed her to check later that night and she said she found nothing and never had any symptoms of herpes.
Now to the problem.
Thursday of last week I noticed a bump on my lower lip about half way from the middle of my lips to the corner of my mouth felt weird and could not stop playing with it. Friday night I noticed the bump had turned into an ulcer at that location. I have always had ulcers as a child in my mouth and growing up to date. I have never had an ulcer in this location. It is on my lip but appears to be right where the dry portion of the lip meets the moist portion of the lip toward the inside of the top of the lip. The ulcer is white with a red surrounding and appears to only be 1 ulcer. It is also appx 1 - 2 cm wide pretty small. No other mouth lesions at this time. This also does not look typical of the other mouth ulcers I have had necessarily but is almost perfectly round. There was little pain and it only burns when i put pressure on it with my tongue or use listerine to rinse. I do not want to waste my providers time and doubt the lesion will be there when i get an appointment.
My questions are:
1. Is an oral herpes infection symptomatic in this was, a single blister/ulcer opposed to a group?
2. Can an Amphthous Ulcer exist that close to the external lip? (the location is right where the moist membrane meets dry lips can see it if the mouth is opened wide, not the normal location on the meaty portion of the moist lip)
3. Does the white vaginal discharge sound like a symptom of an STD or yeast/normal vaginal discharge?
Many many thanks for the help, I dont want to waste my money or the docs time going to an urgent care center and Im sure it will heal before an appointment with my physician.

You seem to be overreacting, as you imply you know by reference to your hypochondria. Regardless of what you might have thought you saw or not on or near your partner's genitals, her assertion she doesn't have herpes is the most important information you provide.
As to what is causing your oral lesion, I cannot say. If it is oral herpes--which sounds possible--you probably have chronic infection (as does half the population), i.e. you probably did not catch it during the sexual exposure you describe.
1) Oral herpes often presents with single lesions. 2) Aphthous ulcers generally are limited to the moist surfaces. But it seems a possible explanation. 3) Your partner's statement that she has no symptoms of genital infection is infinitely more reliable than non-professional assessment by a sex partner. Take her word for it and don't worry about what her vaginal fluids looked like.
As to "wasting money", no online source is a substitute for seeing a health care provider. You must not rely on my judgment; see your doc if you're concerned about your oral lesion.

I guess my main concern is spreading it and the psychological effects I know I will have if I am labled to have herpes. I would personally think its an ulcer over a hepetic lesion because of my experience being anemic most of my child hood and having tons of ulcers growing up. I was just concerned with the location cause this is the closest I have had any ulceration to my lip.
Am I correct in thinking that this is a possible location for an ulcer? (still the moist portion of the lip just prior to the dry surface.
Also what do you think the chance would be of some type of injury related ulcer? I bite my inner cheeks and lips somewhat often and dont think of it, but never that high on the lip that i remember.
