Fingering during menstruation

| . | Thanks in advance. Small twist to previous posts. 3.5 weeks ago I made a drunken mistake and fingered a girl I just met for several minutes. She stradled me and I had my pants down but she still had her panty hose on. I used both hands on her (alternating) and used both hands on my penis. There didnt seem to be any major cuts on my hands or penis. Maybe a torn cuticle or two. I noticed what looked like dry blood at the base of my finger nails when I washed my hands soon after. I also noticed the next morning she had bled some on my shirt and I called her and she said "oh I must have a had a little left from my period." She stats that she is clean and tested HIV negative a year ago and has only had one partner since then. I dont know if her prior exposure was protected or unprotected though. She also said her annual paps have come up normal. To my knowledge she is not a drug user. I hope she is telling the truth about her past.
Ive seen you say that fingering is a very low risk for HIV but Im curious about my situation, with the blood and stuff.
Im also curious about other possible STDs from this exposure. I have had no symptoms except a pimple that was at the base of a penile hair about 2 wks post exposure. It came to a white head and I popped it and its going down now, so Im assuming this was a pimple. Just yesterday I noticed some mild itching/irritation/redness in the inguinal folds bilaterally. No other symptoms. I tested negative for everything (HSV 2 IgM/G, RPR, G and C, Hep B., HIV ELISA) 1.5 weeks post exposure and my GP thinks Im in the clear but Im still worried about getting something.
Qs.
1) Im I worrying for nothing?
2) What STDs should I be concerned about?
3) Should I obstain from sex with my girlfriend because of this exposure.
Im headed to see the doc today about the inguinal folds and Im looking at doing another panel of STD tests at the 6 wk mark. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I rejected a message just after yours for the same reason, and am replying here so that everyone can see the reminder.
The quick reply to your question is that fingering is not a risk, even with menstrual blood, and you are at no risk of HIV or other STD.

| . | What about if I touched my penis during the act with the same fingers? Is it still no risk? |
