Received Oral Sex from 2 girls at the same time

Dear Doc,

I don't know if you remember me, I've had have my genital warts last year of October and was frustrated about my recurring lesion for months untill this month... where I experience clearance.

A night ago, I went to a massage parlor.  And received oral sex from 2 girls at the same time... with some hand job... since i've not had have sex for months due to my condition... I was unable to resist... My question is:

1. Is it a bad idea?

2. Will my genital warts recur due to the incident?  Will the said incident aggravate my condition?

3. What's my STD/HIV risk?

4. Should I get tested? (for STDs and HIV)

5. I feel kinda guilty, thinking that I've contracted my HPV to their mouth... Should I be?

6. I'm afraid to have sexual intercourse anymore, due to what happend to me, and decided to receive oral sex instead (safer), Is it?

Thanks Doc... I really appreciate what your doing here... receiving answers from you really helps... for the past months... I've made your past answers as a motivation to deal with my condition... currently... It seems that what you said to me earlier is really happening... I'm experiencing clearance, I really hope that my clearance continues... More power to you and to this forum.  "No warts is forever!" quoting Doc HHH

forever grateful

I remember your username but have not looked at your previous thread.  Brief answers to your questions:

1,2) No harm will come to you from having sex with genital warts (assuming you still have them) and it will not make your warts recur.  Also no harm to your commercial partner, if it's only a hand job.  If you have vaginal sex, you should tell your partner(s) about your warts, if you believe you still are infected.  Even with commercial partners, it is not right to have sex with a potentially transmissible STD without warning, so that she can decide whether or not to proceed.

3,4) You cannot catch any STD from a hand job and oral sex is low risk and you don't need testing unless you develop symptoms to suggest a new STD.

5) You should feel guilty.  The risk of oral sex if you have warts is low, but you should inform your partners.

6) As I said above, in general oral sex carries much lower STD risk than vaginal sex.  But once your warts have cleared up, and if there has been no recurrence after a few months, there is no reason not to resume vaginal sex.

Thanks for the thanks about hte forum.  But note that this is not an emotional support site. Don't get in the habit of returning here for reassurance every time you have sex, commercial or otherwise.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

Hi,

I recieved unproctected oral sex from a sex worker I was not aware of HIV transmission through oral sex at that time. The past few weeks had been a real hell. I did not remember seeing blood on my penis but after 6 week I tested negative for HIV. I hope all are made aware that unprocted oral sex does carry a risk although there has not been any reported case yet.
