Differences in Discharge

Recently I have noticed two bumps on my skin where my hair is on my vagina.  I accidentally picked one of the bumps off and it immediately started bleeding.  The bumps are slightly red in color and could possibly be skin tags but I don’t know how common those are in that area.  I still have one bump left.  I have also noticed that since my last sexual partner in August I have irritation and my discharge is not the same as it was before, it is now pasty and white I also noticed a stronger odor than I have had before.  I went to the gyno in August and was treated for BV and did not notice a change in my symptoms so I went again in October and they just gave me another dose of medication saying there was still a tiny amount of BV still there.  I have been tested for STD’s and have been negative but I still have a lot of itching and I am just wondering what I could possibly have.  Do you think it’s possible that I could have Chlamydia and just tested negative?  Recently I have begun being sexually active with a new partner.  Since we have has sex I have noticed light bleeding.  I still have burning and itching and a lot of discharge.  I would appreciate any feedback possible.  Thanks

Unfortunately, it just isn't possible for me to have confidence about what's causing your symptoms.  The genital area bumps could be warts, molluscum contagiosum, skin tags, herpes, or just pimples.  BV causes discharge, but generally not irritation or itching, and definitely not bleeding after sex.  Chlamydia, gonorrhea, yeast, trichomonas, and herpes all are possibilities.  You need to return to a knowledgeable health care provider, and your new partner should join you for simultaneous examination and testing.  Consider going together to your local health department STD clinic.
