If I got to her...

Hello Doctor,it is almost the same question that "babycake03" asked you. I'm married with my wife since Dicember 2002 and we have been togather since June 2002, so almost 2 and 1/2 year together. Last month she was diagnosed with moderate displasia caused from HPV(it was the first time that she did PAP test, she is 28). Finding from who she got the HPV virus is not any more the problem but I just wanted some clarification,if it is possible, about this issue. We have been honest to each-other before we got married. I have been with 3 partners in the normal relationships before I met her and she have been only with one partner for 10 month,5 years ago,on 1999. I know,it is impossible to be precise finding from who she got the virus, but I wanted to know;is it possible that CIN 2 could be developed in 2 and half years from exposure of HPV? I apologise about the language, english is not my first language. Thank you!

No apology necessary!  You are absolutely right, there is no way to know which of you first brought your wife's HPV infection into the relationship, and it doesn't matter.  Dysplasia (CIN) can develop any time from a few months to many years (even 20 or 30 years) after HPV is acquired.
