my mother is in a skilled nurseing facility now .it has been 4 months since she had a stroke.she still cant talk only every so often.seems like she forgets she can talk.still has a trach and feeding tube.most of the time she knows whats going on.she is in so much pain because her legs and arms were not excersised.she is now in ocupational therepy because she is so stiff and drawing her arms one leg is stiff straight the other leg is drawing up bent.she has constant lung infection.why is it so hard for people to see when she is in pain?i see her face when shes in pain and it breaks my heart.
