i have a patient who had a stroke five months ago. she was also operated on to remove a clot on the right parietal lobe after the stroke. she is already 76 years old. until now left hemiplegia is still present. patient is getting depressed, irritable and frustrated. she is getting more uncooperative to treatment efforts. patient also complains of pain, burning sensation and itching on different parts oh her body. any suggestions on how to improve  physical rehabilitation?
