The train driver actually said, "I am a train driver and it happened at work three weeks ago, luckily I wasn't driving at the time but I have been taken off driving indefinatly. I'm struggling to find information on anything it could be that means I will still be able to drive." He did not say that he intended to drive without figuring out what was wrong and getting it corrected.

I can appreciate the fact that you witnessed the aftermath of an accident, but that does not mean that you could not have been sympathetic to the man's condition and politely told him that he should not even consider driving.
By the way, you did not answer the question about your credentials.
I personally like reading what caregiver has to say. He/she has given me alot of helpful ideas in helping my dad recover from his strokeHeat emergencies Hemorrhagic stroke Stroke Transient ischemic attack. I also miss reading his comments since he hasn't been on in a while. The doctor hasn't responded to any of theposts in over 3 months.....
