Clonus at orgasm?

I had a stroke (blow out from high blood pressure)eleven years ago. For the most part, there have been no problems following six months of rehab in the beginning.
A month ago during sex at the point of orgasm my affected (left) arm closed in that clonus manner often seen in stroke patients where the hand becomes a fist and the arm crooks with the hand moving up to just under the throat.
This was so strong and rigid that I could not relax the arm myself and my partner had to pull my arm down.
After about fifteen minutes, everything relaxed to normal.
It was quite an interesting experience, and hasn't repeated since then.
Does it mean anything? Or is it just random neurological firings?
Has anyone else experienced odd neurological things at orgasm?

My hand turns to a fist and my arm curls every time. Actually the stronger the orgasm the tighter my arm gets. No faking that orgasm anymore, if my arm doesn't curl, I didn't have one. My husband can tell every time. My therapist warned me this would happen. Hope this helps.
I am back to rehabbing to strengthen leg, still making progress, and recently clonus appears reduced when riding stationary bike and at orgasm. Possibly brain still re-organizing, but more likely rehab is shifting balance of power to my voluntary control. PT suggested working through clonus rather than avoiding it. Never give up.
