I have many of these symptoms I went to so many doctors that they finally put me in a hospital due to my asthma. They had a belief that my asthma and my symptoms  could cause a very serious problem. After in a hospital for a week, my parents took me out. I got very dehydrated and temporarily paralyzed  from the waist down. One day my brother was the only one home. I had a bad cold, and couldn't breath out my nose. My jaw clenched shut and I couldn't breath. He called the hospital and they said it was most likely caused by a series of colds, flues, and other sicknesses. Then I ended up with IV's and getting my mouth pried open to breath. Now I almost live in a hospital and soon they will be giving me another series of tests for cancer. So what I'm saying is, have you had series or a chain of sicknesses? If so you could have some kind of disease. Do yo have asthma or another kind of condition that affects your breathing, reflects, hearing, seeing, or your bones?

We are a family of 4 and we all have the feeling of nausea almost everyday, we all have different problems.  One of us has a pituitary tumor, I have arnold chiari malformation, one of us has fibromyalgia and hyperflexibility (hurts the joints) and the youngest has diabetes type 1.  I feel that the air we breath and the garbage they put on food and in food, is all taking its toll on everyone.  There is so much stress in the world, constantly.  I can only recommend, to try to find some relaxing time, try not to stress to much, I know its hard, but don't give up.  Keep going to the doctors, it took 10 years for them to find out I had arnold chiari malformation, and it was only ever detected through an MRI.  Same with the pituitary tumor, it was an accident that they found it through an MRI, they were looking for something else.

I'm not going to get into all of the back and neck pain, anxiety, not wanting to leave the house, and the dizzy constantly felling I had 2 years ago, but instead I will tell you what I did to overcome all of that.  First off you need to except the fact this is all stress related although you may feel this is something way worse.  Also keep in mind that there are millions of other people with the same problem (you are not alone).  Also people tend not to eat right when they are stressed; they could not eat enough which will lead to low blood sugar which will lead to more stress.

IF YOU ARE HAVING ANXIETY, AND DIZZINESS ALL OF THE TIME.
DO THESE THINGS:
1.  Eat small portions throughout the entire day to not let your blood sugar get low.
2.  If you are not a vegetarian EAT MORE RED MEATS (hamburgers, steak) the iron and protein will help get you out of dizzy spells and will stop stomach pains.
3. Get outside more, go to the park, go swimming, take your little sister or brother to go play tennis or play at the playground.
4.  Do light exercises instead of intense exercises. (walk around the block and keep your head up instead of looking at the ground when you walk.
5. If you feel a anxiety attack coming, go outside, take a deep slow breath, TRY AS HARD AS YOU CAN TO THINK ABOUT SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY AND CALM,
6. Start thinking positive and feel like you are healthy and smile more although you may not want to.

Finally trust me I have been where most of you have been.  I hope this helps for all of you.

I've been having almost exactly the same feelings for two years now! The stomach, nasuea, and dizziness keeps getting worse...and now I cannot gain weight (Which is nice for me in a way, :P)
I hope you feel better! Its an awful feeling...getting tests and coming up with nothing. I too am on Nexxuim....but it doesn't do much anymore...:( Hopefully they find out whats hurting you! It sounds like so much...I mean, how can stress do all that?

Tell me if they find anything to help :) Have you gotten your gallbladder checked?

i am 17 yrs old. and i used to play inside linebacker for my football team sophmore and junior year. i was one of the hardest hitters on the feild. during practice we would do drills called head butts. one on one both players would run from about 10 yrds. and we would go face mask to face mask! and bash eachother to the ground back and forth. every since then, i believe my rough neck is the reason i now feel nuaseated all the time. i wake up in the morning and feel soo bad! like if i wanna vomit. yet i dont. this happens once and a while. some days i feel energized, some days i feel like dragging myself. i just wanna know if ruff sports from the past can cause the following symptoms. (nausea, tiredness, tension in the neck, upper shoulder aches and pain, gag reflex, and small weightloss, i rarely vomit.) when i go out with my friends toparty or just to eat, i feel it. its terrible. epecially the nausea, it gets bad! and my appetite comes backk and forth. its weird. however, my weight isn't dropping like the others on this site. on about 5 months ive dropped to the most 10lbs. but i am worried, i hate this feeling. someome help?

Don't worry so much. If they did a cat scan and everything was fine you could just be experiencing migraine headaches. Migraines are pulsating headaches varying in severity and location. Migraines can be triggered by different things including: foods, alcohol, smoking, lights, noises, certain odors or perfumes, allergic reactions, changes in sleep pattern, even physical or emotional stress. They can be accompanied by some if not all of the following: neasea sometime vomitting, diarrhea, stuffiness, blurred vision, lack of focus, mood swings, fatigue and pains like stiffness or tenderness in the neck or other parts of the body including pressure in the eyes, sensitivity to light and sound and lightheadedness may occur with a feeling of faintness. They usually start before puberty due to hormone changes. The typical migraine is one-sided and can last anywhere from 4-72 hours. Menstrual migraines, may last for up to a week. If anyone suffering from migraines experiences attacks lasting longer than a week, then they should seek medical attention immediately for these could be signs of a serious illness. Migraines vary from person to person, some may experience migraines with aura or without. Visual auras are the most common, they can be seen as flashes of black, white or multi-colored lights. Some people experience cloudy or tunnel vision. Other symptoms of aura include feeling pins and needles, vertigo, hightened sensitivity to touch, tingling or numbness in the face or other body parts and impaired speech. Some people may also experience migraines without the headaches. These can be refered to as acephalgic migraines, they can be considered variant migraines and cause symptoms of aura and other ocular phenomena. Migraines are mostly hereditary, so if you have one parent suffering from migraines then you have a 50 percent chance of developing migraines and a 75 percent chance if both are sufferers, so ask your parents if they've ever experience migraine attacks. Women are three times more likely to develop migraines compared to men. According to the International Head Association, migraine headaches can be determined according to the following criteria: If you've experienced 5 or more attacks, lasting 4-72 hours, including 2 or more of the following during the attack: headache confined to unilateral location, pulsating quality, moderate to severe pain, aggravation or avoidance of routine physical activity and if you have 1 or more of these symptoms: nausea, vomitting, sensitivity to sound and/or light. If you suffer from migraines with aura only two attacks are needed to justify a diagnosis. Hopefully this helps. Migraines are an extremely common condition affecting 12-28% of the population in some point in their lives. That's more than double the amount of lefties in the world. Migraines can be extremely debilitating but science has found different ways to make them less frequent and easier to manage, so the next time you visit your doctor ask to be referred to the neurologist in order to rule this out as the cause for your problem.

you could be just experienceing migranes. my mom has those and she can feel so sick and dizzy at times. pain will run in her neck and head. You can also experience anxiety from having migranes if you are having them often enough. It can also cause depression wich can explain you not wanting to go anywhere or do anything. migraines can cause ringing sensations and your eyes to hurt as well. just something for you to look in toif no one has mentioned it to you yet. Hope you get things figured out~TwoWolves

I too,for two years had the problem with fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dizzy spells and anxiety.I felt like I was living in hell everyday and even when it was something I should have wanted to do I couldn't do it. Something was definitely wrong of course did all the blood test, everything came back normal. I should mention my blood sugar came back 5-10 points lower than normal. At one point they thought it was my kidney, that too was a little off than normal but it was with test that showed it was fine. The doctors recommended me to see someone for my anxiety which could cause fatigue which I knew since I had dealt with depression before. Everyone was for sure it was depression but with all the medication I still didn't feel like myself. During those two years, I developed heartburn and acid reflux.I did have a scope done( it's a one day surgery checkout, you don't get surgery but you get put under) and three small ulcers which they found. I thought that was it but I didn't get better with my fatigue.   Finally a couple of months past I had a pain attack in my stomach all the way to my back and shoulder. I had the pain all day, finally went to E.R. they ran an ultra sound on my Gallbladder it should up that it was very swollen but my blood work was normal. They gave me pain medication thinking that it might be something I had eaten  but luckily
he got a second opinion from a surgeons and said he rather be safe to make sure it wasn't my gallbladder. He ordered a Hida SCAN which came out fine which was not the result he expected,he was for certain something would should up so he was perplex about the results. One last try he said,"lets do another ultra sound since a month had past and see what that shows.Meanwhile I go back to my internal doctor which still believes that it was a bad case of heartburn and that he believes that if it got better within a week or two that I shouldn't waste my time and money with a HIDA SCAN, so I was confused. So after the second ultra sound came back after two years of going doctor to doctor medicine to medicine It FINALLY should up a 1cm stone (which is consider pretty big) in my Gallbladder.Thank You God, my lining of my gallbladder was so swollen during the first ultrasound that the stone did not show up. The result confirmed that it was my gallbladder and thinking that it wasn't just me and that I was depressed. I was depressed because after two years of struggling with this wouldn't it be normal to be depressed too?  I feel that I can finally say it wasn't depression that started this, it lead me to it. It's been two weeks I'm recovering well, and I do feel like I'm getting a little piece of me back just after two weeks, unbelievable.I just know it will get better through time.I hope this helped, just follow your gut and don't give up which I wanted to do so many times. Always get a second opinion, in my situation that's what saved me from my pain.I hoped you find out what your dealing with soon because I know how it feels and that a good place to be in. One last thing don't let these doctors pin it ONLY on depression.I heard it over and over again, this is what you should ask yourself  when you wake up everyday. Do you say I don't feel like doing anything Not even go to the movies, shop or buy something you want. Then that does sound like your depressed. or do wake up and say I hope I can do something and you do two or three hrs of work and you completely feel wiped out even if you had a good night sleep and ate well that day. Then there might be something else going on. O.K. I promise that's it wish you well.

It certainly sounds like anxiety with the tiredness indicating depression even.  The internet can be a nightmare for people worried about health.
Have you thought about therapy? Cognative behaviour therapy can be helpful for irrational fears. If this is badly affecting your life (study, relationships, sleep) you need to see the doctor again and see if they can help further, not because you have cancer but because you are suffering ill health even though the cause is probably anxiety.
You are about to enter a new exciting phase of your life and that often triggers this sort of thing.  It's the uncertainty of your future as an adult that leads to obsessing.
I went through something very similar and wish I had realised how common it was.
Try doing some things for other people and keep busy.  Maybe even ban yourself from looking up health things for a couple of weeks.  2 weeks won't change any health outcome even if you had something but if you find you are actually addicted to the checking process then you'll have a clue to what is really going on.
Good luck.

Im so glad that i found this site. First of all, im 24 and i had those symptoms about a year ago, BUT BAD.  I had nausea all the time and bad, to the point where i would sit for hours in the bathroom, always tired, lost 20 IBS in 3 weeks and headaches and so on.  I had to quit my job because i felt so nauseous and light headed that i was unable to cope with day to day activites, not to mention always crying because i wanted to eat so badly.  I was tested for everything under the sun, even did my own research, my tests came up positive for H-Pylori, a bacteria that can get out of hand if not treated (ask your doctor to test you for it) they gave me a combo of pills to get rid of it, still after it all i still had symptoms, then because i couldnt take it anymore they referred me to a gastrointologist (stomach specialist) He did an endoscopy (the do a biopsy, and check for ulcers, ect, dont worry i asked about cancer too, and he laughed and said i was way to young, so please get cancer out of your mind)  my doctor said it was stress and that caused my stomach to not bring the food down to my lower intestine, causing the nausea.  He gave me metoclopramide, and ask for promethazine for the nausea ITS A MIRACLE, the first day that i took it i was able to eat and within the week i ate PIZZA!!!! I know that your only 18 and stress is sometimes inherited, at least it was for me, i had huge manic attaches ect,  so ask your doctor to refer you to a stomach specialist, Its been a year and i only take these med when im under a lot of stress or if i start to feel symptoms again.  I hope that this sheds some light and you get better,  i took the docts months so this is a way to speed up this process,  let me know how you are felling and you are more than welcome to email me ***@****

Hi there! your symptoms sound so familiar, and i've had them..number one cause is definately "stress", and having so much stress can cause alot of these symptoms. I too have acid reflux, had it for years now, its not fun...and anxiety? oh god yes ive had my share of anxiety attacks, and wouldnt wish it on anyone, its horrible and very scary. I too thought there was something horribly wrong with me, until i had tons of tests done and i was over-stressed! Your young, i was in my mid thirties, and been taking paxil for over 5 yrs, it HELPS so much. Dont know what i would do without it! Definately talk with your primary physician, see what can be done to help you...and i agree with others whove posted about your thyroid, that could be causing major problems...best of luck : )

Hi there im sorry to hear you were not feeling so well and i hope you are feeling better now.You symtoms do sound a bit stress related but i do think it would be worth seeing a docter and getting some tests done just to rule out other things.
Try and take it easy and try not to stress too much about things as you have many years ahead of you, if you do feel that bad maybe seing a counsellor might be the best solution try swimming for relaxation talk to your girlfriend too who would probably be more willing to listen and care, try to be positive and beleive in yourself ,all the best xx

hi im 16 and having very similar symptoms.  I've gotten tests done and all the doctors are attributing it to stress also.  Have you gotten anywhere with your search for answers?  Because I know for me it is very hard to go through everyday life with the constant pain.  Even little things that make me happy bring on the nausea feeling and I'm really frustrated that I'm not getting answers.  So just to let you know I know what you are going through and please let me know if you find out anything that works.

Im not a doctor or anything but I do know alot about anxiety and stress related illness and I know first hand how you can physically make your self sick with worry. Just tell, not ask your doctor that you would like them to check your thyroid hormone levels just to rule it out and for piece of mind. (Thyroid problems you can treat)And as far as if I think you have cancer, I don't have the answer to that. But what I will say is if you are currently seeing a doctor and complain of weight loss and fatigue they typically run the labs to check your RBC and your WBC which could indicate a problem. Just curious what type of cancer do you think you have?

Thanks. I don't even know what type of cancer I think I have. I just think something is wrong. I have looked up so much about it and I couldn't tell which ones I think I may have. I had the bloodwork done in Oct., which I think would have ruled out most types, like Leukemia or Lymphoma, those are the two most likely I think I have. Not for any particular reason. I have a family history of lung cancer, but don't think it is that. It's just there are so many types of cancer. I just think, I'm 18 and feel like I have no enegery after school. I don't think it is sinuses and stress, but I always worry and think the worst of everything. I am just thinking cancer is the cause of me feeling like I do, even though it is very unlikely. I'm driving my g/f insane, and my parents won't allow me to address my worries until we figure out if it is all anxiety and stress.
