Testicle ache and stomach problems.

OK, bear with me and i will explain everything. Don't know if all symptoms are related though. In November 2004 i suffered what can only be described as a sudden pulling sensation in the testes. It felt as they were being pulled up from the inside. Ever since then i have had a persistant ache in the testicles. I went to my Dr. in march of 05 and he sent me for a ultrasound of the testicles which was normal. However, to this day i still have the ache at the top of the scrotum and also i have discomfort in the lower abdomen. i have also seen a general surgeon who had a feel round the groin to rule out a hernia ( he spent literally 10 seconds having a prod!! ) The last few months i have lost all energy and had a few weeks where i was bleeding quite a bit from the rectum. It's stopped now, told my Dr and he said i described a classic case of piles ( didn't examine me though). So, to recap current symptoms are: lower abdomen discomfort, testicle ache, lack of energy, Could all of this be connected? it's getting on my nerves now and i am getting fed up with the lack of energy and persistent symptoms. If anyone has any similar experiances i would be interested to know where to go next to get to the bottom of it.

Im not a man, so not sure what to tell you on what it could be hun, sorry! But if you had a test, and the doc ruled out a hernia, then that is a relief. Unfortunately, you still have this discomfort. The lower abdominal pain could be maybe gall stones, kidney stones? I just had my gallbladder out due to stones...it was painful, so maybe ask about that..... good luck!!!!
