Chest discomfort, blackout, migraine

I had a mild migraine if I'm to describe it myself. It usually attacks my right side of head only. Somehow, maybe due to constant pressure or something else, my chest feel very painful a lot of times. It feels like thousands of small needles are poking into my chest all at the same time. Besides, I can get blackout pretty easily in 2005. When I stand up after sitting for a while, I see black and I just lost my balance. Luckily, I grab on something everytime. What's wrong with me? My blood pressure is 110/70 I feel numb easily on my right side as well. I fell down before and after a chiropactor massaged my back, it was fine but somehow I think it left some unseen scar inside my body. Is this fixable as well? Thanks.

Thanks for the help. I had done some research online and found out more about panic disorder. Is it something similar to anxiety attack or are they basically the same thing? When I felt anxious, worried and undecided, I sort of got an anxiety attack. What happened next, I couldn't go to work for the whole day. I just vegitated at home, diarrhea (getting in and out of toilet for several times a week)and I just felt depressed and lost. I had not consulted the doctor yet because I don't want my parents to worry about my situation right now. Is this something really bad?
