Hey, it sounds like a cyst or boil to me.  I would try doing sitz baths with epsom salts a few times a day until it comes to a head and starts to drain.  Once it starts to drain, keep it as clean and dry as possible.  My doc told me to use only gold Dial soap in that area.  When you do the sitz baths, try to get the water as warm as you can stand it - or instead of sitz baths, you could use hot compresses...hope this helps if that's what it is.  If nothing else, the wet heat will take some of the soreness away.

it soft skin and theres defenately something more dense under the skin. i dont want to squeeze it and its itchy a little (maybe just because of the fabric or something) but the skin over it is soft and theres something dense under

it probablt is an ingrown hair, but if it bugs u, u should see a doc, in case it gets infected.

is it soft or hard?
is it cyst like??
i think anal cancer grows slowly and u probably would have noticed it when it was smaller.

im not aware of any leaking and i would say its on the rim (more outer rim)

is it leaking from that pale pin point center or is the center more califlower like (kind of ruff)????
if it's leaking it more likely a boil or abcess.
is it on the side of ur anus or does it look like it's coming out of the anus???
this info will help alot in telling what it is.

it's really hard to tell by that photo, it's really blurry.
but from what i can tell it kind of looks like a boil, but i could be wrong. the possiblities that i can think of is a boil, hemmorroid (sp?), or an abcess.
does it hurt??
