When she was 10, what did they think she had & how long/what
symptoms? Sounds like she stopped walking/talking at age 13
& had this condition 2 yrs? It sounds neurological & isn't able
to send msg to some organs if she is jaundice. Your immediate need is to get her quickly to have some bloodwk done. Yellowed
skin is a big flag & can't be put off. Did she have any recent
MRI's of the Brain/Spine. Try to get any copies of reports/labs
that can be discussed. Not sure how up to date Sri Lanka is with
med-facilities. It's not normal to not talk/walk. Did she fall
at any time causing head trauma? Does she completely understand words you speak to her & their meaning? Is she able to clearly
write/print words to communicate with you or just make hand
jestures? Is she feeling pain anywhere? The brain sends signals
down spine to tailbone area & back up. Is she able to make noises & some words to ask for things? If she doesn't walk, can
she get around by crawling or tripping/stumbling. She needs to
see a Dr. now. How are the sources in your country?
