Does anyone know if any herbal supplements can cause a false positive on a pre-employment drug test. If so, which ones are they?

It's best to take nothing for at least a week prior to a pre-employment drug test. Be sure to list EVERYTHING you take if you can't wait at least a week.
False positives are NOT common, though. If someone does get what they suspect to be a false positive, you can ask for follow up, confirmatory testing done on that sample that will tell if it is a true pos. or not.
