Back pains
Hi I am an 18 year old male and have had these back pains. they usually only happen about 2-3 times a week. What happens is, suddenly my back will tense up like it locked in place and it will hurt to breathe for about 5 minutes then the pain will go away. Do you think you guys could help me???
Yup sounds like your having muscle spasms.
They hurt really bad. My doctor first gave me valium, it really helped with the spasms and the anxiety. Then my anxiety got worst and he gave me ativan 2mg every 8 hours. It makes you very sleepy but helps with the anxiety and the spasms.
At night its great for insomnia.

Sounds like you might be having muscle spasms - check with your doc....most they can probably do for that is give you muscle relaxers - although I have to say, whenever my ex husband use to have them, they would last all day and sometimes 2 days. Goodluck
