Prolonged Menstruration
I have been menstruating now for about 3 months. (Since late April) Its steady some days, and will taper off, but I haven't stopped bleeding since then. There's few clots, and its almost always dark red in color. And about every other week it basically flows (less like a period and more like a cut). For about a week these flows are heavy, and at times I can soak through a pad pretty quickly.
I have had the same problem my doctor wants to put me on progesterone. Your doctor might want to too.
