Loss of appetite, nausea, racing heart

For about 2 weeks now, I have been awakening with a very strong pounding, racing heart, the very worst of which lasts usually from 1-3 hours.  I have nausea and a complete loss of appetite, along with very loose, yellow stool.  I am trying my best to eat and drink, but it can be difficult.  My doctor so far has checked my thyroid and I believe has done some general blood work, as well as an HCG and stool testing. I believe the only thing not back are the results of the stool sample.  I feel generally shaky and nauseated throughout the day, my heart rate seems to be elevated and stronger than usual pretty much all the time, and my palms are sweaty.  The worst of these symptoms is in the morning hours through early afternoon.  Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much!!

How are you feeling mentally?  Those are symptoms of panic attacks amongst other things.  If tests are clear then consider if you are having anxiety attacks.  Next time it happens concentrate on breathing with your stomach rising and falling rather than your upper chest.  Reduce coffee/coke intake and eat regularly.

Good luck.

You need to make sure that you are drinking enough water. A rapid heart rate is a sign of dehydration. I have been through the same thing myself. I know that when I do not eat or drink enough I get very weak and my heart races.
I hope you get to feeling better soon!
