My ring finger toe on my left foot has been spasing for the past 2 months. It doesn't hurt when it spases and it only does it when my foot is at rest. Help?

I can certainly relate to this one. I have this problem with all my toes on both feet. They spasm but don't hurt . Does the spasm occur with temperature change eg if you have no shoes or socks on? I know this sounds strange but I have a dx (if you can call it one) of unknown neurological disorder & movement disorder. I,m not saying this is what you have it could be something like raynauds . I,m sure someone else will have a suggestion. Chris
