There are 80 autoimmune diseases to choose from, but you could read a little about Lupus, and then read about autoimmune diseases in general to get an idea. Many of them overlap. There is even one called "overlap syndrome" for those who don't fit straight into one hole.

I have been experiencing a number of symptoms, over the course of about 6 months, on and off.  I have been dizzy, nauseous at times, tingling in extremeties, head pain (dull, not sharp) all over head, muscle twitches, and an increase in floaters in my eyes.  I have seen a few doctors, a neurologist, and had a brain MRI that came out clear.

Any suggestions?

No, No blood work done.  The doctor doesnt seem too concerned, but I still am!! What autoimmune disease could it be?

Have you had any blood work done? It could be an autoimmune disease considering the neurologist didn't see anything on the MRI.

No. MS causes brain abnormalities, and an MRI is the #1 test to diagnose it. There are a lot of other diseases that seem similar at first though. What are your symptoms?
