yellow discharge from my penis before I urinate or before I ejaculate

For the past 4 weeks I have been having a yellow liquid discharge from my penis before I urinate or before I ejaculate. It also leaks in my underwear during a day's time. The liquid discharge is very thick and it takes awhile to dry in my underwear but when it does, its very hard and unable to get out with the wash.

Yes, it does sound like an infection...it could be bacterial(from an STD) or yeast.

Are you having any pain or discomfort?  You could have a yeast infection.   Yes, men get them too.  I'd pop in my doctor's office and let him check it out.
