weird muscle pains

35 yo healthy guy (though 3 weeks ago got over bad bout with the flu - kind with sinus infection and cough, no nausea or fever - I had it for 18 days).  I've had an ache in my right shoulder on and off for 2 weeks ... now I'm getting it on the inside of my elbow, and now a little bit in the other upper arm.  Probably because I'm a paranoid freak I checked out symptoms for Hepatitis (I received oral sex from a woman I didn't know in Dec., found out after the fact she's real indiscriminant), but I have virtually none of the other symptoms of Hepatitis.  Also have pain in the right side of my cheek bone the last week.  When I feel it the pain in my upper arms feels like a bruise but there's no bruise there.  I've been slightly fatigued but I'm finishing up a degree and have a ton of stress right now.  I'm also a piano player, but have only been playing one night / week.  I'm gonna go to the Doc (I'm switching providers right now and am just about to pick a new Doc) if it doesn't go away soon.  I take a One-A-Day multivitamin every day.  Any ideas?

Thanks for your input.  I've also lost a bit of weight, but I think that may be stress related, too ... I haven't been eating right ... until 2 days ago.  I realized for 2+ weeks I've only been eating like 2 meals a day.  I know that's unhealthy and I'm eating more now.  Yeah I'm going in in 10 days.  Yeah it's just I looked up Hep. and one of the (many) symptoms was "pain in the joints" ... also as far as my indescretion, I found out much to my shagrin I was the second guy the woman performed on
at that party, (#2).  Hence my worriedness

I'm a nurse, not a doctor, but from what you are saying it sounds like you may have carpal tunnel.  The reason I say that is because of the piano playing and you are

Follow up on "weird aches" ... Yeah that 'pain in my cheekbone' is more in my cheek, itself, not really my cheekbone ... also no nausea or vomiting, or fever ... weight is fine.
